ACADEMY REGISTRATION FOR 2014

To All Parents / Guardian,

 Re :      Registration and subscription for the year 2014

 We, the management and coaches from Ipoh Friday’s Club would like to thank all the parents/guardian for their support by sending the children for the football academy.

2.      We have decided to have training from January 2014 for 2 days: Saturday dan Sunday.

The training time is as below :

 Every Saturday              8am – 10am                Ipoh Padang

 Every Sunday                 4pm – 6pm                 Ipoh Padang

3.       The new monthly fees for the year 2014 will be RM40.00 for each person.

4.      New registration will be as below :

            Pendaftaran Baru (Saturday  and Sunday)

 A)   Yuran Pendaftaran             :           RM 40.00

        Set Peralatan Sukan           :           RM 100.00 ( 2 set jersey/shorts, stoking)

        Yuran Insurans                   :          RM  10.00   Setahun

       JUMLAH                  :          RM 150.00 (SATU RATUS LIMA PULUH  SAHAJA)

   B)  Yuran setiap bulan :  RM 40.00
